      - Market leader and pull product - small and friendly environment - benefits: AF fit(150 usd/ qtr), Day Care(100 usd/month), Swags and Amazon vouchers on special events(birthday, diwali, new year etc), once a week free lunch. Pantry full of quick bites and drinks for free. -GEEP program(though acceptance rate is low) - quick promotions if you do well
