Pros

The mobile attribution space is quite small with only 4 companies competing in the market. AppsFlyer is leading in the space so it is always great working for a company that is the market leader. As for the culture and people--very talented individuals who like to have fun. Its a great blend of people.

Cons

None. AF is a great company to work for and be a part of.

Pros

All-in-attitude. Great opportunities to pave your own path, create new approaches. Huge growth and massive untapped potential. Great culture.

Cons

Very flat hierarchy. They want go-getters. If you thrive on formal processes and exact timelines or working hours, this isn't for you. Hours are pretty flexible, but you need to show up and give it your all. Not for everyone. But great for those who are driven.

Pros

- Take pride in what you do: AppsFlyer provides app advertisers with data to make informed decisions on their ad spend, and brings transparency to a cluttered ecosystem – and that makes your job here rewarding and meaningful. - A literal rocketship: The company moves fast, and is well positioned to seize the opportunities in the mobile attribution market, and it delivers on its ambition – as seen in the amazing (and sustainable) growth both in terms of product and team. - An amazing team: Ok, everybody claims that they have a great team. But I have never worked with so many talented and dedicated people who combine professionalism with fun at the same time. Ask anybody about our parties – we know how to rock. - Learn constantly: New hires are flown to Israel for an extensive training session. There is an internal exchange program between offices. People collaborate across offices, and figure things out together. The result of this investment is a well educated team of people who really know what they're talking about.

Cons

As with any young, ambitious, and fast-moving company, processes and structures are subject to change, and may be confusing at times. Also, this may not be the right company for people who are looking for a 9-5 job (there is downtime, of course, but the nature of the mobile space, and of a global company will mean that you'll get emails pretty much around the clock).
