      Pros

      Professionally, these are some of the most talented minds in the country. Intelligent. motivated. You feel like you're in good company. There's an atmosphere of excellence. Management doesn't push you away, you can also share your opinion. People experience team is also very dedicated. They make sure to treat employees every once in a while. The marketing team is simply amazing. Ran makes you feel like you can do anything. And he'll push you to pursue them.

      Saying a good word is so important. Management should do it more.

      AppsFlyer has always had a keen eye for talent and great people. So there's no doubt you'll work with an amazing and professional team. The company's growth will enable you to learn a lot quickly and you'll be faced with interesting challenges that will help you grow.

      Cons

      - Oren Kaniel has always liked to talk about the company's DNA and culture. Well it mutated. Somewhere on the path to 1000 people, management lost it's way and it's not the same anymore - There are so many hard working professionals who go unappreciated - Management only cares about being in the headlines and not about it's people like it once did. So it's really shiny on the outside and rotten on the inside - They have to started to treat their people as if they are disposable - This is part of the reason that many people have left in the last year

      When news of COVID-19 first hit it was unclear how and when the market would react. As we adapted to the various challenges of COVID-19 and saw how as a company we've been able to navigate these challenges, we are fortunate to be in a position to reevaluate and begin discussions around compensation updates. While unique and tailored to each individual, our CEO in November made this announcement public to the company.
