Pros

You get to sell the leading product in the market. The people operations team takes care of you like you are family. Zero politics. Managers and leaders encourage and appreciate feedback Good compensation and great benefits - Happy Hours, Top of the line Insurance, Lunches etc. This is a solid company - No layoffs or paycuts during Covid, regular checkup on employees to ensure they are safe and happy. Overall a very happy place to work unlike most tech startups!

Cons

AppsFlyer is in between a startup and a tech giant so sometimes processes are not well defined although we have hired some great folks in the last year to work on it. As the company is growing, upward growth might stagnant although there are enough opportunities in the new markets.

Part of our founders' vision is to have each person within the company embody those "think like a founder" characteristics. As people and as a company we can only address what we are aware of and encourage you to utilize our many resources for providing constructive feedback for you and your team leads in order to have a meaningful and positive relationship. We will do everything we can on our side to make sure you have an experience that reflects how much we appreciate you being a part of the team.

Pros

Good, smart people Great Product-Market fit Nice perks (breakfast, etc.)

Cons

- Treat people as disposable - Pay is not competitive, Option package is a joke - No annual bonus or any bonus - Minimal career growth - You need to say you quit/come with another offer in order to get a raise/promotion - Product/Engineering is a mess (product is led by engineering, reactive to market changes) - Not a good place for people with opinions different than their manager - Not a safe place to voice your opinion about issues without ramifications - Not a good place for women leaders - You got the idea

No person who walks into AppsFlyer is disposable. Each person that walks through our doors is a wanted, respected and valued member of our AppsFlyer family. While we cannot speak to specifics of your circumstances, we can say with confidence that our compensation package is competitive. Our internal mobility program and HRGP resources are there to support career growth - whether that's vertically within the company or laterally across the organization. We wouldn't be where we are as a company or in the ecosystem if it wasn't for our ability to anticipate market changes and act quickly; we especially wouldn't be where we are without the opinions and feedback of every team member. With that in mind, we will take your feedback to really look internally at where improvements can be made and better ourselves and our team members from there.
