      Ive worked at AF for 5 yrs and it continues to be the very best place ive worked at in my career so far. The culture, the people, the product etc have made it what it is, it has evolved and changed but its still very rooted in its core around customer obsession and a great reliable unbiased product. Im still constantly learning myself and improving, its challenging for sure but personally I need that. Work with great clients who trust us and respect what we do, our knowledge etc. We have great atmosphere in the office, globally we communicate and its interesting to interact with other cultures from the same company They have been very supportive during the Covid crisis with wfh flexibility etc, no pressure to return but office up and running and covid friendly now.

      Cons

      Of course there are some when you have a long standing relationship in any form whether its work or personal there are things which may bug you. Its a startup still with rapid growth, not all areas are razor sharp , if you want a strict corporate structure of this is your job description, this is your remit and stick to it, dont deviate then its not the company for you, initiative is welcomed Everyone at every level even up to our CEO Oren is available to chat with and discuss issues/questions.

      Product Oriented Company Neglecting Somehow Sales People

      Pros

      Great people and working environment, most people are passionate and responsible, which creates a great teamwork ambient.

      Cons

      Sometimes can't ignore the ego inside the company. People thinks that the product is so good that sales is an easy job. Stingy on salary but on the other hand it means that the finance is under control.
