      Pros

      Amazing company, that actual hears out employees' feedback on what works and what could be better, takes initiatives on that feedback and truly places efforts to create a truly enjoyable work environment. It's one of the few companies I have felt heard and truly valued. You truly get what you give. On the other hand, you get all the perks of an amazing high-tech company - amazing breakfast (almost 5 star hotel level) every morning, 10 bis, holiday presents, gym! inside the offices, beautiful offices, amazing technology, flexible work from home/office setting.
