4yHey there Flyer, great to know that after four years with the team you believe strongly in our company vision and culture. Despite our ever-changing world, we challenge ourselves daily to bring our people-obsessed beliefs to life. Focusing on our team and what they need to be set up for success is what guided us as we scaled more than 35% YoY last year. We’re definitely feeling the growing pains and appreciate this feedback. It’s true we won’t always have the right approach, especially as we keep scaling to reach new heights. But we can wholeheartedly commit that we’ll always work to do better.
