      Pros

      Feels like the DNA of the company is being kind and supportive. Really good people who want to help each other. Other than that the salary/benefits are great. The technological level is really high so it is a great opportunity to grow if you want one.

      Cons

      Some of the training material is only 90% polished, this is mainly due to it being updated regularly. Everybody is so helpful but you are expected to navigate and make progress on your own. can feel a bit overwhelming at the beginning.

      Can be pressured, you need to be able to work independently at times and search out answers.
