1. You will get to learn lot of things technically. 2. If you are CAE ODC then its good for you. 2. Seniors are helpful.

Cons

1.Bad HR policies. 2. Salaries are less compared to others in market. 3. No amenities like canteen, transportation. 4.Myopic higher management. 5. six days working sucks. 6. working in shifts is another headache.
