Management will make you work on weekends and public holidays (UAE) as an expatriate with the justification that you've left your home country for the sake of work, so that is what you will do. You are expected to work in the office 'in secret' to avoid being found out by the local authorities.

Salaries are delayed every month up to three weeks late. Director will still be the first one to be paid at the start of the month and all other employees will be paid as late as possible.
