Limited job availability. They work on contract and can only supply the number of technicians requested.

Flexible hours and time, great for training and field techniques. Friendly helpful atmosphere. Provides company vehicle transportation to sites. Great benefits for vacation and health.

Cons

Lack of communication in managerial project scheduling. Could post future projects/ proposals onto shared calander. hard to acquire software liscensing.

Management in the location I worked at was great. My Co-workers were always willing to help out in anyway from testing cars to just organizing to make sure all the work gets done throughout the day.

Cons

Besides working outside in terrible conditions, that was the only complaint.
