      The only pro is the pay, and even at that its not worth it for the way you are treated.

      Cons

      A lot of favouritism in the workplace. Staff that have been there for years abuse the system and get away with it. If new staff dared to behave in the same manor, they were abused for it by management. Heating doesn't work in the building, so a lot of people would be sick in winter. No problem for long term staff to take days off as they please but newer staff are not allowed to be sick. Got in trouble for trying to use the holidays I was entitled to. Joke of a company

      34 hour shift is a plus

      Cons

      Management has an outdated blame culture. Damned if you do or dont, and it doesn't help that management hate the staff. Working Sunday Faulty equipment such as obd which is clearly not working but nothing being done about it. Sneaky audits and staff walking around on eggshells For the sake of your mental health avoid avoid avoid
