      Pros

      Company invest constantly in new tools for HR functions. There is a big respect for the employee and a good balance between work and family. It is a demanding but also a flexible company. Compensation and Benefits are higher than the average market.

      Cons

      In my case, there is not advance in my career path. No possibilities to work in other areas as well.
