People were friendly and helpful, but upper management is unorganized

Being able to work with lots of interesting, smart, driven coworkers.

Cons

Upper management is very unorganized. The only way to get a promotion is to fake working long hours. In return, it's very unproductive and things that should take 2 hours end up taking 20 hours.
