      Pros

      Most transparent process and the most Ethical Company.

      Cons

      Doesn't set great career path for employees to grow. You will get outdated, if you stay long with the company.

      While once a great company to work in the atmosphere became a hostile work place with quarterly lay-offs.

      Pros

      Generally, there are great people. If you are in the right field, Engineering, there is a high level to technical challenge.

      Cons

      At this point unless you are an engineer or in sales, there is no consideration given to you as an employee. Stock and bonuses are being reduced. Lay-Offs are continuing to mount with the upcoming merger with TEL.
