      Great people to work with!

      Cons

      The workload for speech therapists and special education teachers is horrible, and there is no support or solutions provided to help reduce stress. Administration does not appear to have a clue on how to deal with the ever rising needs and number of students, so caseloads are getting higher and higher.

      Pros

      Some of the colleagues who are mostly supportive. Not all are, but the many that are make the work more enjoyable.

      Cons

      There's a lot of red to tape to help and support some students. Being treated Luke you have mo clue, yet you're supposed to be the expert when it's convenient.

      Great schedule. Lots of professional development opportunities specific to Speech Language, which is very unusual in a school district.
