School is in a great location and is a good place to work. Pay was more than acceptable and staff easy to get along with.

Cons

The current administrators aren't really sure how to run a school. Too much stock in getting test scores up and not enough in really educating students.

AASD has a lot going for it. The district pays well and has decent benefits. It's a bigger district so there are a lot of possible options for where and what to teach.

Cons

It's a bigger district that still wants to operate like it's a small district. Promoting from within can be a good thing but too much of it and new ideas don't get generated. Too much "this is how we've always done it."
