Cons

Health insurance can be difficult to maneuver your way through. Substitute teacher failures. Severe EBD Kindergarten program eliminated.

Appleton has been known over the years to hire exceptional staff members. They do a nice job hiring people who have done student teaching in the building. They also offer a new staff member mentor program the first two years.

Cons

I did not know what my salary would be until they reviewed my resume. It was not the building principal who determined the salary.
