      Great products, company brought in good external leadership from the industry, but too much of history before the split that has not helped the company excel as a public company

      Projects where you work at are very interesting Always up to date with latest technologies Leaders and Managers are highly qualified and easy going people They provide anual merit increase always based on performance

      Appgate's SDP product has highly-rated, and well-received.

      Cons

      Senior management did a poor job of budgeting. In July 2021, they laid off over half of their staff without warning. This included the entire marketing and support team, and most of the developers. What is left is a skeleton crew of C-level "executives" and a few HR people. It would appear they are trying to sell the IP to a buyer, and with the stock price collapsing, that will happen soon. Unfortunately I can't be more specific, as Appgate is a GlassDoor advertiser and thus flags any negative reviews that aren't completely generic.
