This company has allowed me to grow professionally the way I never could anywhere else. I have always been treated in a friendly way and with great respect. My coworkers have always been willing to help. Working from home is an option, but the facilities in Bogota, Colombia, are nice. The working environment is cool and everybody is kind.

Cons

There have been many changes and new challenges since the company was acquired and merged, but the management seems to be working hard to keep it growing.
