      - Innovative, cutting edge product that has tremendous potential - Good benefits

      Cons

      - Got laid off in less than 6 months. Don't hire if you don't have the funds to run a company. When you start laying off technical employees who are the backbone of your product you are bound to fail. It's only a matter of time. - Company has no culture. HR is a team of 2 Miami women who do nothing to establish a good culture. Not to mention they are not welcoming.

      Senior management just trying to make a buck with many promises broken. I get layoffs are necessary, but the way people we treated (the severance, insurance, stock, cobra, etc.) was nothing like I had seen,

      Good People, Not the Best Executive Decisions

      All are working toward the same goal: get the best ZTNA product into more companies and grow the customer base.

      Cons

      Execs got stars in their eyes relative to sales growth and when those sales didn't materialize, over 140 employees paid the price (seemingly none of them VP or above).
