Pros

Planned releases and agile product teams allow a great work-life balance. Managers are reachable and hierarchy is not very rigid. Benefits are helpful and diverse. Company is growing and products are reaching maturity to evolve

Cons

As we are product teams, it's hard for some to move into managerial roles.
