*My current title does not reflect the level of responsibility I carry, and unfortunately, my compensation aligns with the title rather than the actual scope of my work. *Medical benefits are lacking—our insurance is not accepted at the major hospital in the area, which makes accessing quality healthcare difficult. *There is ongoing concern about job security due to frequent reorganizations and now the uncertainty surrounding a potential merger.
