The company is named a best place to work for a reason. From leadership on down, the team is largely aligned and working toward exciting initiatives. The team is diverse and respectful and committed to the development of their people.

Cons

They need to move faster to meet the future. Also, the various business have different cultures that sometimes don't yet mesh as well as they should

Extreme flexibility in your work. Great people. When business is good, they double up on bonuses and really value their employees

Cons

Very cyclical business. When business is bad, there are big job cuts, bonuses are cut and so forth. It can be tough for promotions without moving to other teams or businesses.
