      Pros

      Large company, the benefits are standard but good, corporate culture is nice - there are a few ERGs and people care about the environment even though it's primarily remote work.

      Cons

      Salary is low depending on role, they don't do pay adjustments based on inflation and for the past years and raises have been so low

      The company makes you feel appreciated. Most of the people are great

      Cons

      Supervisors don't seem to receive any management training. They didn't seem to want to help you grow in the role. But overall company provides online training videos about generic topics.
