Management lacks basic communication, way to strict on what u do. Ur consistantly being watched regardless, ur told u dont need to take a trip if u dont want to but they will harass you if u dont, managment is complete a holes, dispacthers will barely call u, if they do usualky its early hours in the am or late late at night. U the camera they have installed in the vans will trigger any little movement u make n flag u as distracted driver. If u tale a drink or go as far as scratching ur head it will flag u. Maganagement will try n write u up for just about anything they dont care about ur safety only themselfs. Ur pressured to take every trip of ur called if u dont management will harass u over phone call or text. Training sucks they do not train very well or explain anything clearly.
