The General Manager needs to do their job and stop favouritism

None, it's so chaotic and badly run, the only good thing are there some nice people who work there.
Cons
Environment is toxic. There is favouritism and GM does nothing, makes excuses can't remember, promises are not kept. There is so much gaslighting going on. And massive favouritism. It's really disheartening hard work is not taken into account or talent and the team leads are told to give the good data to only certain people, that's why some are killing it and others struggle if you question anything or stand up to the GM they make it hard for you. The GM does nothing all day as in nothing and team leads stand around doing nothing literally. While everyone is full on, they push too hard and make promises they don't keep, and fire anyone so easily. They do one on ones fortnightly which is bad management and everything has to be hushed, Nothing is transparent, commissions don't get paid. Recommend don't work here. So stressful and never even know who HR are. Doesn't exist.
