      Pros

      Great benefits like 401K, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement. You'll earn your brokerage licenses and they will pay you to study.

      Cons

      If your in the southwest there is not much to do in the financial services industry except for sales, customer service, and back office processing. The only one of those that pays well is sales. Everything else is in the northeast.

      Pros

      Very good benefits and vacation package.. Friendly people. Competitive salary package, some training oppurtunities.. good downtown location with access to many restaurants.

      Cons

      Recently acquired by an overseas company that is changing the culture of the company and is affecting negatively.. High attrition rate.

      Pros

      It is a good place to work for recent college graduates. It's a great place have overall exposure of the industry.

      Cons

      After few years of working here, things get a little boring. The learning curve flattens after three years. There is little room for promotion.
