      - Low morale - Lack of good leadership - Leadership constantly changing - Training is non existent - Communication between individuals and offices is poor - Employee recognition is lacking - Employees will only receive a good performance reviews if you are generating revenue and meeting your "sales" goals even if your primary role is client service

      Flexible schedule Always something to do Friendly environment Relatively stressful job because there is a lot to do every day.

      Weekends Desk job Retail Slow computers I don't have much else to say about this because i just started and haven't had much experience.
