I am a current employee of Infoblox and I have cherished every moment of my 4+ years here. There is a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment when we as engineers are able to solve issues and provide solutions to brand name customers – there’s never a dull day at Infoblox. The work load is reasonable (not as exaggerated by another writer on this forum), close to a Release it can get busy as we try and resolve outstanding issues. Managers lead by example and encourage team work to achieve targets. Infoblox has a good compensation package and their salary is commensurate with responsibilities. We are one of the few companies in the Silicon Valley that has a good Quarterly Bonus and quarterly recognition programs for outstanding performers. “Can do” attitude is highly appreciated by management. We celebrate successes as a team and reflect and address our weaknesses – continuous improvement theme. Team building events are a regular feature and important. We don’t have a formal intern program but we do get occasional applicants from local schools or from word of mouth. We have had some interns over summer or winter break (1-3 months). Over the past two years two high potential interns have found full time opportunities within the company. All in all, Infoblox is a great place to work – a rich and rewarding work experience along with a good balance of professional and family life.

Lots of independence and creativity. Opportunities to make lots of money.
