excess work!!!!!!!!! salary makes up with work load

As a new employee you would need to get used to ridiculous working hrs, and on top of that they expect you to hit a certain SPH goal. And watch out for your so call colleagues, they are back stabbers, they would throw you under the bus in a heart beat, and would steal your client from right underneath your nose.You cant be a cry baby and complain to your manager every time that happens.other than that it's a get place to work.
