      You can be pretty lazy to do this job.. Hours give you chance to pursue other hobbies.. Probably really hard to get fired because they always seem to be understaffed

      Cons

      lots of turn over all the time.. you'll often feel smarter than those around you.. no motivation.. no incentive to go the extra mile.. afternoon pay stinks

      Nice people, but many place have nice people

      Cons

      Management believes that oversight of its employees as opposed to flexibility means more. They also have no qualms to overwork employees, if not subjecting employees to do work beyond above their job descriptions. If you work in Proposals, be prepared for very short turnaround times and no flexibility to manage your work. The company will not hire additional resources.
