      Jamestown: Good company with poor managers. Too much growth, not enough staff.

      Pros

      Jamestown has good benefits, cell phone and gym reimbursement, and a nice office. You learn a lot and wear many hats. The company is moving to Ponce City Market which will be an exciting new place.

      Cons

      No team environment, sink or swim mentality, little communication, micromanage, lots of extra hours, promotion with no compensation, ever changing policies, favoritism. Low morale.

      Pros

      Great company to work for and plenty on promotion opportunities. Managers were very flexible and understanding. My boss was one of the best bosses i have ever had. Pay was better than other valet company's in Atlanta.

      Cons

      Babysitting co-worker. Tips from customers at certain locations were not good.
