      Good company for Females and Alums

      Pros

      Company is Good for Females due to time flexibility. Alums are the owners so doesn't make any difference whether they work or not. Management is very poor. HR is no where exist. No Growth for the associates and Managers. No policy for Hiring. Many employees Roles are not clear to anyone. HR can't take any action against Directors/Senior authority, if at all someone is genuinely wrong. Whosoever complains gets fired.

      Unbearable politics now a days.
