Pros

Work life balance..WFH option Some of the groups are nice.

Cons

Worst management..they hide the facts and not be trusted. No job security as company looks at the bottom line and cuts heads when possible to save money. Unreliable company to work for.

Pros

. The staff is hardworking but know they don't stand a chance for advancement.

Cons

Your cultural assessment is pathetic. Your better off doing just nothing because we all know it is a make believe or CYA. Horrible firm to work for. Businesses that consider their people as cheap fodder, to be terrorized and kept insecure, and then discarded as easily as a bag of trash, will treat their most important resource, the customer, even worse. The human resources departments of these businesses are effectively staff liquidation units. Think about Germany under the SS and then one gets a clearer picture. The human resource big wigs are not there to build staff motivation and welfare: actually it is the opposite. The use of the term human resources is actually a gross over reach. They would be better off using the term manpower control and reduction department. These are businesses that consider their people the most expendable resource they possess. People are placed very low on their scale of value. They have so many managers that soon they will need managers to mange the managers. Managers have no skills whatsoever.
