Pros

close to home and cannot think of any other pro. By the way, any "great review" is a phony done by HR so that it shows some positive review….or else they'd be all negative

Cons

too may to list. But, HR has various goals in any company. One of those is to ensure there is an acceptable work environment and a cohesion of people and process. HR just ignores all of this and other basics you find in other NORMAL companies. I just don't know how they can look in the mirror and say "I as the HR leader, am doing a great job, you can't even say I am doing a good job". Why is there a turnstile of employment there. People leave as fast as they can find something else….OR are just fired.

Pros

I have been working with LOLA for around 3 years whilst at University. The flexibility of the job is what attracted me first of all as I can fit in work around my studies and pick up extra shifts in holiday periods. I love the range of clients and variety of jobs I have worked on, all the office staff are so friendly and helpful.

Cons

Sometimes there are last minute changes to my working schedule which can be inconvenient but I understand that in the events industry this is inevitable and I am always personally contacted by the office.

Pros

When I first started at Mondo, I absolutely loved it. Why? Because I was naive. Once I started making the company a ton of money; I became their slave. Constant e-mails, micromanagement, harassment, and misery. I'd ask for help on technical questions and my manager couldn't even answer them, which annoyed me because I wanted to learn. If you want to make a lot of money on commission, go for it. But the second you have a "bad" month, consider yourself fired.

Cons

They don't care about you or your career growth. You are a walking dollar sign and that's truly all they care about. This company has the highest turnover because they don't know how to treat their employees. In the time I spent at Mondo, I met so many people with potential, and they all were beat down by Mondo and eventually quit. Now they're working at other companies and they're happier than they have ever been.
