The tank department guys are underpaid .No sick days even though you work outside and are more vulnerable to get sick than the women working in the buildings. Starting pay is 10 an hour and the amount of work one does for that amount is absurd. The supervisor has his special guys he gives special assignments to and let's them do pretty much anything most of the time. The lead man is the most incompetent of them all. He does not know how to lead or communicate with coworkers. He is always on his earpiece doing more talking than work. The manager knows all this but looks the other way . On top of being underpaid you will be harrassed daily by the team leader. He also has family there so there's no need to explain further more what's going on. If your thinking about working here beware. You have been warned.

If you are not the DM favorite you will be pushed out, you lie to customers to get the numbers you need, you will never move up, there is only 2 people in a store so if your sick to bad, the company does not care about the workers, work every Saturday. In short it is a company driven only on its shareholders they do not care about its customers or employees if you can handle that then go for it. You must be willing to clean in all weather hot, cold whatever that is what you do most of the time
