      Pros

      The ONLY reward was helping clients struggling with their weight.

      Cons

      I worked for JC for 10 years. This company treats their employees like "Crap", especially the consultants (who pay the big dogs salaries)! I stayed because I loved helping the clients and I was a top notch consultant. In my ten years I never ever felt appreciated or valued as an employee. All this company cares about is money, they DO NOT care about the clients or the employees (especially the consultants).

      Pros

      Very collaborative work environment. Most of the employees and friendly and nice to work just some pockets of non-cooperative staff. Awesome flexible work schedule I love the options of working a flexible schedule. Great for work life balance.

      Cons

      Extreme favoritism in promotions, merit increases, and mobility. Company needs to address lack of internal promotion opportunities and develop a structured compensation program for employees who are meeting performance standards and growing the business. Lots of work but little to no rewards or recognition programs. It's been going on for quite sometime now.
