      Pros

      It's a good part time job to bring in some extra money and cut down a couple hours of the day that your not doing anything. And it gives great experiences to outdoor activity you might not have fully known about.

      Cons

      Everything is about memberships. Memberships are pushed more than hours given. And hours you are given are based on your membership sales. so again don't make it full time unless you plan on becoming the #1 membership seller within the company.

      Everyone is friendly. Everyone works together. Management is very understanding

      Cons

      You have to learn your position in a couple of days with supervision then they let you drift on your own.
