      I got fired for no apparent reason, and they wouldn't tell me why I wasn't getting any hours, plus they lied in face and idk the number to H.R so can talk to them about my check

      Great Company, Great Products, Some Growing Pains

      Pros

      The company mindset is positive. A can do attitude by Senior Leadership provides ripple effect to all staff. Our CSO is brilliant and our President is an incredibly strategic businessman. The science behind the product is amazing. High potential based on pipeline. This company is poised for very good things. The work environment is upbeat. The support staff is loyal and hard working.

      Cons

      Executive team is too hands on (to the point of micro-managing). Next level Management is pretty sound but not given enough room to make decisions and grow. Executive team would be wise to give more of the reigns to their staff. It would further strengthen an already strong small company. Management still thinks too much like an R&D facility instead of a future Commercial Manufacturing facility (though that is changing slowly).
