      Pros

      Colleagues are helpful but some people who got the promotion because of the RM's behave like Monitors and whole company is like a school and Team is like a classroom.

      Cons

      1. Lack of Processes and Management 2. Appraisals are based on favourites criteria not on the basis of your hard work 3. Managers remain unaware and ignorant about the politics within the Teams 4. No salary hikes, even lower down your package on the basis of market correction
