Decent pay, I wish I could say more positive things but can’t.

Cons

AB can talk the talk, but unfortunately they fall flat when it comes to their part time people. Most fulltime associates are pretty decent but unfortunately you have some that are very hateful and petty and create a hostile work environment. If someone didn’t get you in then getting on fulltime is slim. Management are all young and not long out of college and don’t stay long, due to the fact this facility is a training center for their newly hired management. Training is mediocre at best.

Cons

ABI India is structured like a well-funded startup. However, it does not need to be. If its systems, people, and leadership are better structured it can grow at a much-much faster pace without crushing the work-life balance of its employees. Candid and transparent feedback is important but not at the cost of being impolite. A direct conflict in the form of feedback can create a toxic environment that results in attrition that the company is currently seeing. While the ex-CEO famously said that a company should be structured like a Sports Team, this analogy does not weigh appropriately in the 21st century. A company/team needs to be competitive yet supportive so that company can win as ONE. It is important to create and update standard operating procedures and maintain long-term sustainable growth.
