      At the end of the day PROFIT and Making money is all Brito is concerned about. His investors and their pockets. Long long days merge into weekends working. If you are a graduate do NOT be sweet talked into working here the hours are ridiculous ENJOY YOUR Youth. I watched person after person leave due to hidden bullying because they wouldn't commit to the hours When you equate the hours you work to the hours you are paid ...........go to ASDA its the same............. you think I am joking.... I AM NOT i did the calculation

      Employee beer; recent updates made to St. Louis Corporate offices are very nice, incredible people that go above and beyond to deliver results

      Cons

      Sr. Management strategies and budgets always seem to be driven by cutting people. Every year in Oct-Dec you just know that many people will be leaving the company in order to hit the targets for people costs and goals to reduce staffing. It's an annual event. No work life balance. Management expects employees to work unlimited hours. Management has no boundaries.
