      Great for your resume, but prepare to be miserable

      Pros

      You get ~$60 worth of free beer a month. Standard benefits package. That's about it.

      Cons

      Very little diversity, it is basically all white men (junior levels) and Brazilian men (senior levels). No work/life balance, management is constantly changing their mind so nothing gets accomplished, bonus not paid for several years running. It is hard to trust your fellow employees, everyone is only looking out for their personal promotion prospects (which includes making you look incompetent, so they will look better). I read an article recently that described it very well, if you want to be promoted “you have to kill three others”.

      Can be given fun opportunities such as holiday parties, employee incentives

      Cons

      No job security. The company's culture has gone downhill. Each year, managers are required to choose one employee out of their group to give a bad employee review. Each year there are always job cuts. It is stressful waiting each year for your name to be chosen, because you never know.

      Pros

      Working with large brands is great.

      Cons

      Culture is terrible. They say they value people but they do not. Work/Life balance does not exist. I worked every weekend to try to keep up. Found myself trying to learn a system from people that had no clue what they were doing. Managing a declining business/brands is no fun.
