Tough work culture, cutthroat at times

The organizational culture is highly fragmented, with inconsistent leadership and poor process governance. Employees at mid and junior levels often experience burnout due to unclear direction, poor system integration, and scattered processes that make daily work unnecessarily difficult. Career growth is slow, ratings are inconsistent, and success is often determined more by proximity to leadership than by actual performance. The office is largely treated as an execution or back-office hub, which limits strategic exposure and development opportunities. Overall, this is not an ideal place for professionals seeking a healthy culture, fair recognition, or long-term growth.
