Challenging culture

Pros

Flexible work hours and work from home is a nice perk. Another nice perk is receiving two cases of beer per month.

Cons

Annual raises are very rare and not given to many employees. The targets for bonuses are set unrealistically high so naturally bonuses pay out very low. Vendors are not treated very well and the company makes them wait for payment for 120 days. The culture is tough and many people are unhappy. Many good, hard-working employees are leaving in droves. Young, highly educated employees are valued much more than an experienced employees.

Pros

Very strong performance culture (not only the usual words - facts!). This is a company for people who like to set a challenge, achieve it and bring results. Very casual company, no blabla, just do it. Upper management is extremely accessible and no politics. You can make career in this company !

Cons

Performance culture is from the outside sometimes seen as aggressive. You do not always have all the resources that you need.

Dumpster fire

Pros

To be completely honest, when comparing my professional experiences after this company - there is absolutely nothing positive going on here. Maybe the beer selection for employees, but only if you like beer and/or that is something very important for you.

Cons

Oh, where to start... The entire company is an absolute dumpster fire. There is, simply put, a complete chaos going on there - from the mess in the internal processes, communication, systems, training new people, horrible (unpaid) overtime and disaster of a work-life balance... Forget about the nice salary as well - this company just lags so much behind the standards and overall reasonable approach for the compensation you will be getting after a 40+ hours a week of absolute chaos. I worked there in 2021 and since then went on to have incomparably better professional working experience working in different companies in Prague. I waited for this long only to see if it was just me (back then, inexperienced guy in a different country) that was mistaken, but hell no... I am in contact with a lot of people I used to work with there and, although there were some management changes since, they all agree on one - it is just a facade, it is all the same bs. To the potential newcomers to ANY position here, I strongly advise you to look somewhere else for a job opportunity as Prague offers so much more than a disaster that is essentially ABI. It is absolutely not worth your time and health - both mental and physical. Also a note - disregard replies from the company. It is just a standard copy-paste company PR white noise. The truth is, many of the employees are seriously unsatisfied and for a good reason.
