      Every year is a new year with all previous business problems forgotten, no documentation, no standardisation, somehow show minimal results in the year with no continuity on the problem for the next year since focus shifts and everyone at all levels wants to work on something new and fancy

      Pros

      It well paid for a learning position, you get to know a lot of great people and make connections, you are free to investigate and bring a lot of ideas in anythime you want as long as you have the manager approval. Fast paced.

      Cons

      Cant say these are cons, but something to look up to. A lot of pressure on projects and develpment at the same time so be ready for it. I do not reccomend doing this while doing university or any other heavy brainy task outside of work. Put all the attention and energy into the role since learning is your work. Give solutions too. Forget about worklife balance if you want to switch off after work hours. Make your work your life, so that there will always have a balance.
