Most salaried people worked 50 to 60 hours a week with AB, now 60 to 70 hours a week. One comment--Its still light out,you don't need to leave yet. Salary bands lowered, so if you are above the top of the band, you won't get a raise. Previous posting mentioned ability to get promoted with willingness to move--look at company demograhics, very few people with company over 40 years old.

Little respect for others in the workplace. If you care about people then this is not the culture for you. Their culture is simple, "the end justifies the means". Lying to employees is at the heart of the culture.
