      Pros

      The culture and work atmosphere is laid back and revolves around drinking beer. Dress code is casual, everyone wears blue jeans and logo shirts. The work/life balance is great and the pay is decent. It is very hard to get fired.

      Cons

      Advancement is based as much more on who you know as much as what you know or how hard you work. The politics are hard to avoid and usually get in the way of progress. The company is so large that nothing happens fast or even in a reasonable time frame, so be patient. It is very hard to get rid of bad employees.

      job security, great beer, great coworkers, teamsters job security - benefits and wage package are second to none in the industry

      Inbev the parent company will stop at nothing to increase the stock holders earnings - including the cutting of labor
