Pros

Anheuser-Busch InBev serves as a good opportunity to train and learn the beer industry. Employment with ABInBev should provide you with excellent training while providing meaningful experience to add to your resume and skill sets.

Cons

The new Anheuser-Busch InBev is a classic example of a corporate raider who is exploiting the equity of the previous company to "milk" profits while not reinvesting for the future. The new ownership/leaders are clearly very smart financially focused managers, but they are systematically destroying an iconic American company. The culture is combative and they treat employees terribly. Because their model is to squeeze cost and not appropriately invest for the future, their sales will continue to decline. Ultimately they will sell off brand assets and move on to the next corporate takeover, leaving behind a company that is broken and a shell of prior greatness.

Pros

You can grow and move to another country if you work hard. Great brands and beers!

Cons

Fast paced environment, not reasonable expectations You will be promoted if you are pushy and challenging people all the time. They are very proud of their culture but it's nothing to be proud of. Overtime and overtime and overtime and no compensation.

Pros

It's one of the country's largest companies and very well known. You can get a promotion relatively fast if you are willing to work non payed extra hours and put up with stubborn operators and technicians. I am talking specifically of the technical services department, not the company in general.

Cons

Non effective initial training: I had to research and ask a lot of questions to get to understand how basic things in this place work. Also I think some of the jobs are very underpaid, in relation with the amount of things you're expected to do, hours of work, and stress you have to put up with. Again, I'm talking of the plant where I've been only. I don't know if this is the situation everywhere.
